Hasher Family Wines, Fat Lady Sauvignon Blanc 2022

As an entirely family-owned and run business, Frederik and Céline Hasher oversee all operations whilst living on the farm. Their three young children, Ernest (8), Héloise (7) and Emile (5) enjoy a childhood closer to nature and partake in pastimes like frog hunting and game spotting – always accompanied by their ever loyal and enthusiastic dog, Rafiki. Fat Lady is an elegant Sauvignon Blanc, defined by the cool maritime location of the vineyards. The site elevation, soil texture and southwestern slope adds complexity to this wine and captures the essence of the estate. Pure & fresh, it's packed with notes of gooseberry, green pepper and hints of tropical fruits. Refreshing mineral finish to this wine makes it perfect to enjoy on its own but pairs well with fresh salads, fish, and goats milk cheese.
